What you may not realise are the TJM Airtec 4×4 snorkel advantages. Any water drops entering the Air Ram is captured in the back of the inside curved surface, pooled around the base of the Air Ram and dispersed through drain holes. Any water that somehow makes it through to the body of the snorkel will be atomised in the snorkel air filter.
The air intake design separates rain or moisture from the air stream before it can enter the engine. This feature is perfect for those who plan on traveling during times of the year with heavy rainfall.
